Declan question i thnk......my F&f offer has been put forward to the repayment team with DFD its a really low dividend as the only other option is bankruptcy. the accounts team did not sound too optomitistc. ive lost my job im pregnant and my other son has been diagnosed with autism i will have to be t home to care for him now. i am gutted we are i this position. the time scale for the repayment team ..there isnt one so im left in completely limbo and should i cut my losses and just go bankrupt and on top of this i have to have a mamgram nxt week for lump i have found, i honestly dont think i can go on much longer i cant sleep my relationship is practically gone up the creek, northern rock and lloyds are our biggest vreditord and we got £=94.5% votes for our iva acceptenace...what are they both like voting for f&f offers soo very low but in my circumtaces..help!!

Its great for DFD clients that you're on this forum Declan as you're a fast track to getting things sorted, espcially for situations like Sam's. I can almost see you with a "Super D" on your T shirt!

Hope things get resolved for you Sam and best wishes for everything else you are dealing with.

Very best of luck from me too Sam. Given your circumstances creditors will hopefully be sympathetic and ignore the dividend. Intention to repay is much more important that the actual pence in the £ and I am sure Declan and the others at DFD will do their best to have your full and final accepted.

Hi Sam
I’ve just had a good chat with your IP and we have prioritised your case. You will receive a call very shortly from one of my colleagues who will discuss the next steps but the full and final is being drafted up as we speak. Given your circumstances and all that is happened, we will do our upmost to help you get through this.

Thanks
