is going bankrupt ever declined by the judge???
its a weird question!!
i'm in iva and have sent more paperwork to my supervisor as i need to reduce my payments. if this does not work then i will be going bankrupt,
i'm just not sure if a judge can not make u bankrupt

There are some circumstances where the judge won't make you BR - if he feels that you don't understand BR or if he feels that an IVA would be a better solution for you. There might be others, but I can't think of them!

Good luck with the variation x
