Good day

I have signed this, can anyone tell me if it really does spread up the completion certificate?

Thanks

Hi, no idea here I'm afraid but hoping someone comes along soon.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

It certainly sped up ours - we were with DFD and got ours very fast. Our deed of assignment purely related to PPI.

It took 39 days from date of last payment ... to us getting our certificate of completion.

So from my point of view it was a great solution.

It should do, ash, as it takes the biggest stumbling block out of the equation.

Myself and hubby signed with Cleardebt and received certificates within weeks. Never thought we had taken ppi, they investigated and found none. If they found any in the future, they are welcome to it. We wanted certificates. My final payment was 27th October, had certificate end of November and I am off the insolvency register. Hubby's certificate came before mine but he's still on.

My advice to anyone would be to sign.

I signed a Deed of Assignment last year but have since been told that I will not receive my completion cert until all PPI issues have been resolved, which given EIF are dealing with my PPI claims doesn't exactly fill me with confidence.

Almostover, I would think this is an error. Please give your team time to respond to the matter. As they have explained they are snowed in at the moment and the office is barely manned.
