Good Evening All !
Have had a default notice from CRAP..ital !.. SORRY.. capital one credit card. We note you have applied for IVA ? (MY WAS ACCEPTED IVA )on the 25th july ??

We will terminate the credit agreement.

Treat any conferred on you by the bredit agreement.

Enforce the provisions of the credit agreement which becomes operative on a breach of credit agreement.

Send details to credit refrence agencies

( FINALLY)
TO SUBMIT A CLAIM TO THE COURT IN RESPECT OF ALL SUMS NOW DUE TO THE BANK PURSUANT TO THE CREDIT AGREEMENT ???

This will all happen in 28 days ??
And no money is due by me under this notice

Is this anything to worry about ?? [:)]

Just forward it to you IP to deal with and don't worry - there's nothing they can do as they are bound by the terms of your IVA.

Nothing to worry about John. You and your creditors are legally bound by the IVA.

Let them do their worst - it'll get them nowhere.

That's the great thing about an IVA ... it gives you the power not to have to worry.

an iva umbrella is a wonderous thing,it stops all the sh1t from landing on you from a great height!!!
Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.
Continuing to rebuild our credit worthiness.

Nothing to worry about, I'd rather have these notices right at the start of the IVA, rather than a year or two into it, like I've had.

Like IVA's defaults will stay on your credit file for 6 years from when they are registered. Some of my creditors took to defaulting me well after the creditor meeting date. Very naughty!

I'll sort it all out once the IVA is paid off by making sure the CRA corrects the incorrect default dates under the data protection act and the consumer credit act.
We're willing to wipe the slate clean, give you a fresh start. All that we're asking in return is your cooperation.
