That's what I thought too and it would probably make me depressed looking at it!

Thanks Kath & Cath - I would be lying if i didnt say i am sitting here bricking it - i had an awful nights sleep last night - every time i got to sleep i dreamt of meetings, my husband is very chilled out and says "what will be will be" but the thought of a rejection fills me with dread - can't wait for the knot in my stomach to be untied! Will let you know how we get on of course, whatever the outcome xx

I personally would wait until the iva concludes you want your creditors to update 3 parts of the default namely.

Default date: On or before the date of your creditors meeting

and

Satisfied date: The date that your IVA finished, I'm guessing this will be stated on the Certificate of Completion.

A notice of correction on each default to say that the default amount was included in the Completed IVA.

Also have the IVA marked as completed by the CRA, when you send them that certificate.

The IP should should update the dreaded insolvency register, but I'd send of the certificate to them as well.

DO everything RECORDED DELIVERY, that way they cannot say they DID NOT RECEIVE the request, if you have to take it to a complaint with the Information Commissioner.

I've looked at the free Annual Credit Report you can get although it doesn't tell you that much but does show a bit - it was rather depressing reading but nothing I didn't expect - and I will thoroughly enjoy reparing it all when we are done :o) it's gonna be the final closure act on this whole mess and one I really look forward to tackling :o)

I do the free one as well, and actually paid to upgrade last year - a fiver a year and it does show you a credit score.

I'm quite happy to just do that until the six years are up.

I'm happy to have the free annual credit report, can't do anything about it just yet and it does make depressing reading!
