You will find that your creditors will be on your back fairly quickly. Do you intend to look at BR??
Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.
Continuing to rebuild our credit worthiness.

Your IVA will be failed by your IP if you can't remedy the default.
Oce your IVA fails only then will your creditors start contacting you again.
You are then free to apply for bankruptcy or negotiate payments direct with your creditors or through a DMP
