Why did your case have to be varied if you had received monies sufficient to pay all debts and costs in full? What was the purpose of said variation, mijbil?

Hi Melanie,

A variation 'meeting' was the only offer I was given, I was told that my creditors would have to agree to end the agreement early, regardless of how much I was able to pay. They still had to go through the same process apparently.

Perhaps there was something in your IVA Proposal which required this - can't understand why it was necessary though.
