Hello everyone, sorry I missed the post becos I was still looking at the first page. I have now looked at the second page and seen the answers I asked for. Even though I have not started the BR yet, I stress levels are really going down now. I have started filling out the forms online and hopefully I would have all the information I need and the money to pay the court fee.

I am really glad I stumbled upon this forum, it has been a life saver. Not sure if anyone is aware of this but this website (www.mycashplus.co.uk)
offers a pre-payment mastercard which is accepted worldwide for an annual fee, it like a top-up card. Good luck to you all and I will keep you posted.

Thanks a million

Dear All,

I am now official bankrupt as at 3pm yesterday and now waiting for call from the receiver to sort out my finances. Thank you all for your advise and very helpful insight into the dos and don't.

Thank to you for the support, it has not quite sank in yet. I have my interview with the OR on Wed 20. I am now trying to sort out a new account with the Co-op Bank, the application has been approved by telephone, the problem is getting the branch to send through my proof of ID, which I have already submitted twice. I am hoping it will be done before the end of the week. Apart from that okay and I am just taking one day at a time.

It just dawned on me yesterday, I did not have any means of credit and I was definitely okay. After everything is finalised I am going to treat myself and my baby to a large pizza and orange juice to celebrate.

Thanks again for everything
