Can you send me a link to where I can find the details about individuals max allowances for each category ...

I know when I set up my IVA agreement I couldn't claim the maximum for some cateogories as we needed to make sure I could pay back the minimum amount and I wasn't earning enough then to do this - I have since had a pay rise but my expenses haven't changed although I have only just enough to live on.

My IVA company have hence taken all of my salary increase ... have just had a review and they have taken all my salary increase - I want to check if I can claim more for things. e.g. I only have £5 a month in my allowance for eyecare - I spend much more than this ... I would like to review myself but don't know where this guidance is kept - thanks

There is no such thing as maximum allowances in an IVA - you need to tell your supervisor what you actually spend and then work out a budget around this.
