My via provider has calculated that I owe them money at the end of my iva term. I have made an offer to pay it back on a monthly. They have now written to me (after a considerable delay and several reminders) saying they need to go down the route of filling income and expenditure forms meetings with creditor etc. Do i have to do this especially after them saying when they wrote about the underpayment they no longer needed details of income?
There is always a final review at the end of any IVA ( if the IP is doing his job). In any event, you are obliged to comply with any reasonable request and would not want to jeopardise the whole IVA now.
If you are paying the arrears monthly you are still in the IVA and the review has to be carried out as per the previous annual reviews.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
