Hi Declan - thanks for looking into this. I can advise we have had absolutely no paperwork after our first review - just the phone call to confirm payments stay the same. I am hoping that I will receive our copy of the annual report soon as we have been in the IVA since Aug 08 so presume this is not just late now - however I have emailed in for it so will give Customer Services a chance to post one out ) Thanks for looking into this for us.

Hi Til
I too will look into this because I’m baffled. It may just be a delay in issuing the reports (there was large backlogs recently), however this is no excuse for you not receiving it earlier.
I’m going to continue my investigation into this.
Why don't you just include a sentence in the report saying that as a result of your annual review there are no changes to be made to the debtor's monthly payments. Simple to do - and covers off the need to write to the debtor separately.
Also with DFD (having been transferred from another company. Since DFD have held my case, I've always had to ask for a copy of the annual report, but have then received it promptly. They've been very efficient in every other respect and I can't fault the review process itself which has consistently run smoothly. Perhaps this review copy issue is an internal problem that hasn't been recognised. Hopefully Declan's enquiries will get to the bottom of it, and Melanie's advice seems a good solution (I expect an invoice for professional services is in the post Declan ))
13 months to go before I'm treating myself to a new armchair - this ones seen way too much worrying!
Hi all - we've just had our annual statement in the post from DFD as per my email request and all is well apart from I am a little confused on one thing... The statement is signed in August 2009 and states that our up to date I&E has been requested but that the debtors (us) have not yet provided it. However we were not asked for our review information until the 30th of October... Almost 2 and a half months later!
I feel a little concerned that our annual report was issued to read as though we had not provided information requested - when in fact we had not yet been asked for this information.
Perhaps Declan if you are on you could advise why the reports are done in this way, prior to our review having taken place, and why it states our I&E had been requested when in fact it had not? I know these are small details when the outcome is the same but it doesn't sit right with me that my creditors are being told something that isn't true, especially when it sounds bad against us. Is this normal as perhaps the statement should read that you are about to request I&E details instead if that is the case? Thanks for your advice )

You are right to be concerned as your position appears to have been misrepresented to creditors. If this is the case, perhaps via a genuine mistake, they should issue a letter to creditors confirming the correct position.
Hi Flow
I am looking into this for you right now (as well as your previous post about the dates on your annual review). I do apologise for the confusion that has been caused to you on this.
Hi Declan
It was actually myself that posted the previous thread about the dates on my review. Please could you advise as I do feel, as Melanie so aptly puts, that we have been "misrepresented to our creditors" in some small way. As I said before I know the outcome is the same - however this small and perhaps white lie on the report to the creditors does not sit right with me, especially when it seems to imply we are not complying promptly enough.
Is it normal practice for DFD to state on the annual report that I&E detail shave been requested when in fact they have not and is this something that can be revised in future?
Many thanks Declan for any light you can shed on this )
