It is not the easiest job in the world, but Declan deals with a lot of flak towards his firm on the forum and clearly demonstrates that DFD are serious about improving customer relations.
His presence on this forum has assisted no end of existing DFD clients, and I guess reassured some new ones that they will be looked after through their own processes.
In this specific area, we are both very much on the same side. Tomorrow this will not be the case, when hopefully my beloved Wales will give the Irish a sound thrashing on the rugby field!!!

Just caught up with this and so good to see Declan getting some praise.
He is an asset to the forum, as are all the professionals who post.
