Hi Dorset
Generally we will have annual reviews completed by the anniversary of you MOC. So, for example, if you MOC was set in August 7th 2007, then your annual review will be completed on August 7th, 2009. If you do have any queries on the progress of your annual review, dont hesitate to contact our customer care team.

Thanks

Hi Declan

Thanks for your reply, feeling rather anxious over it as significant changes since last year and am keen to know outcome etc so may call for reassurance.

Thanks.

Hi Dorset and well done on reaching your 2nd year of your IVA i have to say that i sent all my details in and withing a week i had the phone call and letter to state no change, however have just recieved a letter a month on with an increase so would be interesting to see how you get on, don't worry though if you have given all your info then i'm sure they will be in contact soon.
Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.

IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.

I wonder if anyone could offer any advice, have tried emailing/calling team regarding my review but do not seem to make any progress, have been informed it has not yet been allocated to an individual, told not to worry but it wont be allocated until the date of my review which is 13th August.

I think I am now making myself rather ill over worrying about it, on top of it, GP has advised me my blood is raised, is there anything further you could advise?

Gather the necessary information needed for your review and have it ready. The IP must do the review and generally it is straightforward and much less stressful than the original IVA meeting. If you are concerned email Declan from DFD who posts here and I am sure he will put your mind at ease.

Do you not have a dedicated case manager looking after the supervision of your IVA.

I too have sent the paper work for my second review with D.F.D just under a week ago.So will give them a week at least to do their review. I am Happy to procede into third IVA year

I have however had an increase in pay above inflation so I hope I can keep half of it? Pray.

Getting a pay rise is so hard these days.

Thanks Declan, Am at work at present so do not have my reference number on me, but will obtain this when I get home, do I post it directly on the forum? Thanks, much appreciated.

Melanie, as far as I am aware I do not, have only ever spoken to call centre staff.

Thanks for your replies.

Hi dorset
You can email it directly to me. I know operationally we have had issues with communications in the past but we are working very hard to overcome this and to build a much greater response mechanism with our clients.

Thanks
