Admin, I'm sure that will reassure the poster and I will bump this up again for when a DFD representative does look in.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I have not had a cheque book for many years but i do remember they used to have a retaining slip with the cheque number for records.

Is their any chance your mother still has the same cheque book somewhere in her house.

Surely a DFD accountant could locate the payment via the cheque deposit.

Hopefully DFD can adjourn the meeting to allow this situation to be resolved. If however the creditor digs their heels in it may still be possible to propose another variation when you have the missing statement.

IVA approved Aug 2008 - 6 year term - last payment made 6 Oct 2014. CC received 14 Nov 2014.
