I wrote to DFD in March making a f&f of £30,000 which would mean I will have paid almost all of the debt I owed. I chased them on 25th April having heard nothing and was then asked to submit payslip/bank statement etc. It has gone quiet again - how long does it take for a creditors meeting to be arranged? DFD were very positive re the offer, so I can't understand why they seem to be dragging their feet.

Hi Essexlady

I am with Freeman Jones and it took 6 weeks in total from first contact to discuss full and final to creditors meeting being held and offer accepted. Good luck with yours
