how do dfd work

my pevious company did the annual review and annual report almost in sinc I knew exactly where I stood

although my annual review has just been done in the last 3 weeks with no increase which I was over the moon about Im now worried after reading some awful tales on a forum about poeple whove been told the same (I have mine in writing) then months later receiving court letters saying they are in arrears? can this be right

Im told my annual reports not ready yet although my review was completed a month ago why is this?

I got told off last year for paying too much into my iva!!

Your IP has two months after the anniversary to file their report - which is a report to your creditors and the Court, which is copied to you. The review is conducted to enable the report to be prepared, and I would have thought that if there were any issues you would have already been notified of these - but give your IP a ring to check this out. If the IP will not speak to you, and I gather that this may happen in the firm you are using, then there ought to be a Manager in charge of your case who will.

Welcome to the forum Oscar.

I've never heard of anyone being told off for paying too much before!

A lot of posters on here wish we had found the site sooner - myself included.

Please do continue to post and give advice and reassurance to others starting out. It's great when people do that, and it's what we are here for.

And of course, you will get all the support and advice you need yourself.
