rachel, i hope all goes well with your daughter.
Lets hope DFD pull their finger out and get this mess sorted out for you, it really sounds like you could do with a break xxxx

I have a mate and told him about the CS/DFD debacle he said he aren't going to bother to ask CS about their transfer of his case to dfd.....he just keep the DD going as he don't get no bonus and things and cannot pay anymore...he did say there was a clause to say no variations in the first two years or something unless there was a creditors meeting....

I totaly sympathise with this. I am currently with DFD and they are useless. I am due to go through a variation meeting and im only 5 month into my IVA. I am going through this as my fixed rate mortgage ended and was not discussed or catered for in my initial meeting. I have no faith in DFD and expect my IVA to fail as they just dont seem interested. I am considering complaining about them but feel I should keep my mouth shut until after the variation meeting. Who and where do you complain about your IP again?

As a matter of interest, how did you believe you would be able to manage your mortgage payments in the future, and pay an IVA, with the knowledge that you were due to leave a fixed interest rate product?
