Same here lem. I like meals like chilli, spag bol etc which are free on SW but really high on WW.

I've never done Extra Easy so it'll be interesting to see how I get on with that!

I do extra easy Skip, it takes a while to get your head around the fact you can mix the days together and trusting it to work but it does, I don't think I lose aswell as if I just stuck to red and green but I do prefer it as it's just healthy eating really, I have to remember I can only have 1 a and 1 b choice on EE though

The only thing that worries me about SW is having superfree food as 1/3 of my plate - I'm not a big veg eater so could struggle with that as my favourite veg is peas!

I like the idea of EE as like you say it's healthy eating and having normal meals.

you could always just follow your meal with a bowl of fruit and use that as your superfree???

I'm not a big fruit eater either (naughty I know!) but I might do half and half - some veg and some fruit.

I know it's sad but I'm quite excited about joining SW tomorrow!

I rejoined sw last november, as things were starting to get a little "snug".
I don't always stay to class, but i find i need the discipline of turning up to get weighed to keep me motivated.
1 more pound to go to get my stone and a half.

Excellent OT! Do you do Extra Easy? I've been trying to get my head around it but it sounds too good to be true!

Yes Skippy i do ee.
It does take a while to get into a routine, but it does work. You dont tend to get the dramatic weight loss that you do on sticking to green days, ( i still make loads of mushy pea curry though).

I think I'll give the mushy pea curry a miss!

I'll give EE a try and see how I get on. If I struggle I'll go back to red and green days as I need to lose weight reasonably quickly this time!

I'm like Skippy as I also find it hard to eat a lot of fruit and veg ...I wish they were....All the best Skippy. I consider re-joining but think I've exhausted the ones in this town, got shares in most and gets embarrassing after a while to rejoin in a small town.

Well done OT x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
