If I go back to WW it'll be to a new group with a brilliant leader - she covered at my old group once and I was scared of her at first but she's actually lovely. I wish you lived closed Lesley!!!

Andy, strawberries make me sick! I suppose it could work in that I won't be able to eat anything else!

I've just been to weigh in and have so far lost 9lb in three weeks. I'm doing SW and am finding extra easy just that. I make my own syn free veg soup and have a bowl before my meal and count that towards superfood. I like not having to count and weigh all the time.

Although the dozen chocolates I had at work last night won't do me any favours, doesn't help when we don't get a break cos it's too busy so you end up starving!

good luck struzzo and I had good intentions today, puncture on car prevented me going to Uni and so had car fixed and then I had to buy some eclairs (chocolate) to eat, only ate a few though and hid the rest in hubby's bedside cabinet he'll see them off before I'm home tonight....assuming I remember to tell him they're there! x
