Unfortunately I'm one of those people who only ever loses their appetite when they are ill!

I lost a measly 0.4lb this morning but I suppose it's better on than off! I've lost 3.3lb since 7th January but I did have a couple of weeks of not bothering with WW and I've been out a few times so I suppose it's a reasonable start!

Im going to be wanting to join in with help with my diet soon, once I'm feeling up it! Now I know your all going to say "it's too soon" but I need to start making an effort or it will get on top of me & it's something that will depress me.

The pregnancy, stopping smoking & all the bed rest I had, really took it's toll on me physically & eating toffee crisps & bounty bars every day won't of helped! Plus I "really" enjoyed my food when I was pregnant! Hubby used to laugh at me when I was eating!
But it's what got us our precious bingo, so if I can quite smoking, I can lose weight too!
I've gained quite abit, I can't get my jeans past my thighs :( Ive no idea what I weigh will find that out at my post natal check & I know i won't be allowed to do anything but walking for a few months, but if I don't actively do something it will get me down & I can't afford to replace my wardrobe!

You should be able to do that easily Julie and the best way is to lose it slowly.

I loat loads on the Cambridge - about 8 stone the first time and I kept it off for quite a while, only put weight on again when I gave up smoking. The second time I lost 5 stone and only started eating again because of a very stressful year.

Keep it up Julie - you're doing really well.

I will give it time, i think it was a year before i was fully right after my first section & I was 9 years younger!

Never heard of the Cambridge diet! I've tried the cabbage soup diet & stopped it after 3 days!

Excellent Julie - dobby must be loving the walks too!

Cambridge diet consists of soups, shakes and bars and is about 500 calories a day. It's not cheap but does cost considerably less than Lighter Life.

I've done the Atkins as well and lost about 3 stones on that.

Well done Julie!

There are 23 weeks until 21st July, which is when I've decided to maintain from as my dress fitting is in July. If I can lose 1lb a week between then and now I won't be too far off my goal of 2st as I've already lost 3.3lb.
