I know the feeling Lesley - been there, done it and got several T shirts!!

My problem was that I used to binge eat or do a drastic diet hence the bypass op. Best thing I ever did and I keep a close eye on my weight and do not eat sweet stuff at all.

I was conducting necessary research!

And today I'm feeding a cold and starving a fever! Seriously I'm trying but I'm finding it hard this week.

It is very drastic but it worked for me when all else failed and my health was being affected.

Thankfully I have managed to keep it off.

I'm struggling to keep on track. Wish the lighter nights would hurry up, just don't feel like doing anything in the evenings, apart from eat!

I'm struggling as well Julie. I've got a cold which isn't helping, and we're going to have dinner with my uncle and his new partner on Thursday and the food sounds yummy! I think I'll weigh in on Friday as normal and start afresh.

Once the light nights are here I'm going to start power walking so hopefully that will help!

I hope the cold goes, so you can enjoy the food on Thursday Skippy.

A colleague remarked I had lost weight yesterday and I felt good, but today I feel really FAT.

I can't see me fitting much exercise in this week, will have to give it my all on the weekend.

I'll have a look at that app as well.

At the moment I'm not worrying too much about what I eat as I'm still feeling yuck - I haven't been to work today so I've been looked after by Dr Harry! I'm going to weigh in on Friday as normal, take the gain and get back on it. Hopefully I can start to exercise next week as well.
