1.5lbs loss this week. Feel good as I didn't think I would lose anything. I'm on track for my target, got to keep going.

I've walked the dog for 2 hours and been to tbd gym today, hope I can keep motivated all week.

Thanks both - I managed to get into a pair of jeans yesterday and do them up. Couldn't wear them in public yet, but I couldn't get them over my thighs after Christmas.

I've walked the dog this morning - Jack frost has been busy around here, brrrr.

We've had snow overnight!!! Had quite a shock when I looked out of the window this morning!!

Isn't it a great feeling when you can get into something smaller?

well done Julie that'll be encouragement to keep going. I'm having a bad day, starting a 7.5K word assignment and it's a jumbled mess right now so food was the only thing going to sort it out! I ate and it's not sorted but I enjoyed it!

Tomorrow is another day x

I've just got back from a really brisk walk along the towpath - not quite power walking but building up to it! 1.4 miles in 19 minutes and it only earned me 1 extra point!

It's one point to add back to my weeklies as I've gone over again! We'd decided not to go out at the weekend so I used some of them on Friday but then decided to go out! Oh well, I'll be good for the rest of the week and hope for the best!

Lost 2 pound this week, loving using the myfitnesspal app, really makes me aware of what I am eating.

I am having a problem eating all the calories sometimes, like yesterday, we had stew and suet dumplings, just a small plate but it was really filling with all the veg etc but was stuffed and couldn't eat anything elase for the rest of the day, so had a few hundred spare last night,

I think I need a rum and coke every night to use up the excess [:D]

well done Pandy - i love using the app too, it does keep you focus. The graphs and breakdowns help, I'm surprised at how many carbs I'm still eating!

Like you I'm struggling to eat all the calories ( never thought I'd say that), especially when I'm walking a lot.

Keep at it Lesley, i've had a good day today, just hope it lasts [:)]
