You guys have inspired me to kick start my diet which has trailed off a bit over the past few weeks. I've been using my clothes as a guide rather than the scales, but I've just downloaded the myfitnesspal app (on your recommendation) and have to get on the scales now (aaaaagh)as it wants my weight.

The dirty deed is done! IT was so horrific, I'm actually questioning whether two Ryvita for lnch is excessive and going for a walk!

I felt like that when I restarted WW in January BOL! I'm the heaviest I've been for years and I could have cried!

I'm about 10 lbs heavier than I thought!

All the jelly beans have gone in the bin, but I can't bring myself to throw out the last of the Quality Street - it feels as hard as cutting up my credit cards was!

Quality Street wouldn't be a problem for me as I don't like it. Now if you were talking about Celebrations that would be a different matter...

Its a good APP BOL, as it has normal food on there, not just weight watchers stuff, I like as well that if something isn't on there you can scan the barcode and add it. I am finding it really good just remember to put in your exercise though as you can then eat more. Nothing is banned it is up to you whether you eat something once you know the calorie count for it. So it doesn't even feel like a diet just a calorie count of what you are eating.
The trade off of the exercise for extra food is great as you dont then feel like its a chore its no problem doing the exercise for the extra treat you can have.
If life is what you make it, I must have been in a strange mood when I made mine

The app is so much quicker and easier to use than the Weight Watchers one!

Celebrations - eek! I guess you fall into one camp or the other!!

Glad you're enjoying the app - I tried using the online version too, but it was slower.

I wore a trouser suit to work today, that I haven't been able to wear for over a year! I tend to lose inches quicker than weight and will keep trying on clothes to motivate me.

Keep going!!

That's good news Julie - hope it continues.

Well done Julie!

I'm expecting a gain this week after my bad week last week. I've changed my weigh in day to Saturday now as I've found I'm not sticking to my points on Friday or Saturday when I weigh in on Friday. I'd rather weigh in on Saturday, use all my weeklies and then be good for the rest of the week!

I don't think the myfitnesspal app will be any good for me as I'm doing WW so I need points rather than calories!

We'll all get there eventually... she says, weigh in for me tomorrow. I'm back on track I'm pleased to say.

I've some clothes I need to shrink into, well done Julie on getting back into the trouser suit. I hope to be able to say the same eventually for one of my items I've got hanging there!
