So much got doing well, stepped on the scales this morning and ...absolutely zilch! Not even a measly pound loss! I have exercised and not snacked etc, so really disappointed! Forgot to measure myself last week , so don't know if any inches loss. Will measure ready for next week - not giving up.

I had my first real weigh in at fat club and although I didn't expect to lose anything I lost 3lb. I know I won't be able to do that every week but I was pleased with that. I've also done 25 minutes of the new Davina exercise DVD so I'm starting as I mean to go on this week!

I'm going to try the abba fitness DVD I've had for ages. Hope this, healthy eating and exercise classes will help. I'm also trying on a pair of jeans which are way too small at the moment.

I did ok until today - we had a buffet lunch at work and attendance was non negotiable. Unfortunately it was lovely so I ate rather a lot of points today!
