Skippy I'd need 149 for what I ate yesterday...today is another day and I intend on being good, if I can either stay the same or lose a pound I'll be happy, just dont' want a gain.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Well done Struzzo!

Although I've stuck to my points this week I'm not expecting a huge loss as I find it takes a couple of weeks to catch up.

I'm still not sure if I like Pro Points but I'm sticking with it for the time being.

Well done Struzzo.

Skip - as long as you keep losing - that's the main thing!!

Well done Struzzo, keep with it Skippy

Well .5lb off for me which after Sunday I didn't deserve but I managed it!

Daughter lost 3lb and is 100% on the diet, she's modelling on Sunday in the Wedding Show so her dress will fit beautifully.

2lb for her for a stone and 4lb for me for a stone. She's not much to lose so it's harder I think for her whereas me well...

Excellent Lesley!!!! Good on H as well. She should lose that quite quickly as it's much easier when you are younger. I never used to have a problem but the older I got, the harder it got to shift it.

Well done Struzzo and Lesley. Brilliant results!!

I've eaten a few welsh cakes today, but managed a 90 minute walk up and down sand dunes this evening. I've tried in jeans I couldn't pull up a month ago and I'm chuffed I can do them up and will be able to wear them tomorrow evening!

I have a week off, which normally means lots of meals out, so will be making extra effort to increase exercise too.

I'm back in my old work trouser so I'm pleased about that - they are very snug but I couldn't have worn them at the beginning of the year!

Well done Skip. Be able to fit into clothes means more to me than the weight loss.

It has to better Julie - at least you know that things are moving in the right direction fairly quickly, even if the scales aren't!!
