Going to give the pub lunch a miss and have given hubby orders to make a healthy fish dish [:)]

Off to do some gardening now and try to burn more of yesterdays calories!

Well done Julie! So far today I've had my Actimel, Shredded Wheat with soya milk and sugar for breakfast and a packet of Skips. Lunch will be crumpets with either cheese or chilli Philadephia and dinner is chicken breast cooked in a Maggi So Juicy bag (highly recommended!), potatoes, peas and swede and carrot mash.

I'm going for a long walk with daughter tonight as she is a bit stressed with the A levels and walking helps bring her down.

I was going Crufts on Friday but friend has cancelled on me and so now I'm off work for no reason and yes I could cancel holiday but it messes a lot of people about so I'll need keeping away from the food as when I'm in work I'm 100% it's home that's the problem!

I'm sure H will be ok with her exams.

Not good with your friend cancelling and I know how much you look forward to Crufts.

Stay strong with the food!!!

That's a pity about crufts Lesley, as Jan says we know you enjoy it.

Fingers crossed for H, not that she needs it.

Enjoy your walk tonight and maybe go another one on Friday as a distraction? I know how you feel with food and home - I'm fine at work now, just eat at lunchtime. Yet if I'm home, I'm looking for food every hour ( at least).

Thanks ladies, first part of A2 results out on Thursday and I'm not avilalbe as on a Safeguarding course Thursday and Friday...what will she do! I've got my boss on standby for her. I honestly don't put her under this pressure she does it to herself. She can go to any Uni she wants and I'll be happy so long as she is but she is insistant only Manchester will do and now she needs the grades.

Crufts, was a tad peeved if I'm honest but had to understand as friend can't afford it! If only she knew I was cutting back on the housekeeping to go...but forgot to tell her that bit!

I've got an assignment to finish so hopefully it'll keep me busy and off the food, weigh in tomorrow night again! 10lb off to date hopefully another 1 or 2 tomorrow. x
