I'll join the fitness and weight loss group. I'm forever dieting. I've been away and come back the same weight but ate twice as much as usually do! It's all the walking I did whilst I was away, I just need to get more active here in England!
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I've been reallyy good today and I'm planning on doing my exercise DVD when I get home.

I don't think next week's weigh in will be good though as I'm out Saturday and Thursday - I'll be good the rest of the time though!

Well done Skippy and just think damage limitation for next week.

You did well not to put on weight Lesley, you'll have to go walking now.

I've Bern eating granola with a spoonful of yogurt for breakfast. That was the meal I skipped so hoping it helps,

The light nights will be here soon Lesley and you can go walking in the evenings.

I have decided against becoming a member if forces fitness at the moment. Even though I enjoyed it, I felt too restricted with the times of the classes. Once my new job has settled I will join, in the meantime I'm going to my local gym and starting swimming again.

I would really recommend the new Davina McCall Ultimate Target DVD. I love the boot camp section and I did the target bingo wings section as well tonight. That bit was only 5 minutes but my arms are still like jelly!

I'll look out for the Davina DVD, how much is it Skippy?

I've been hungry all day today. Just as well I was in a meeting or I would have eaten anything and everything.

I think it's about £12.99 on Amazon Julie. I ordered another one of her DVDs today so I can vary them a bit but it was so difficult to choose which one to get! I like her DVDs as she looks good all the time, not like some celebrities who lose the weight for their DVD and then put it back on again straight away!

I have spent my Christmas gift money from my mum on joining slimming world - toss up between that and a new rug but the rug can wait! £49.50 for 12 weeks and I've lost 5lb in the first week. Have started to walk to work - even in the rain today and I am hoping this will save petrol and give me exercise. I'm hoping that I can save another £50 over the next 11 weeks and then pay again. I'll be 40 next year and need to lose 4 stone!

Well done on losing 5lb! I did SW years ago and I lost a couple of stones on it and I thought about going back but chose WW instead this time.

Good luck with it!

Thanks. I couldn't be bothered to count all the points with WW and like the fact that there's a wide range of free food on the extra easy. I guess losing weight is a little like getting an IVA - you need to try 2 or 3 and see which suits you and what you feel comfortable with as it's a tough road ahead without the right support!!!

I'm now doing 90% of the weekly shop at aldi and it's a little cheaper but a lot healthier! I am missing cheese on toast though!

I did SW before they did Extra Easy so I would imagine it's less restrictive now. I liked the free food but I've got no sense of portion control! When is your weigh in day? Mine is tomorrow so fingers crossed I manage to lose something!
