I haven't exercised all week as I had a rotten headache most of the week and then on Thursday I fell over and twisted my foot! I could hardly walk in the afternoon and although it's a lot better I'm resting it until Monday.

Tomorrow is definitely my fresh start - Dave's son gets married in May and I'd like to have lost a stone (in total!) by then. I've lost 6.4lb so it is doable.
