Well done on your loss and lol @ foggy.

I've been ok 'ish', been walking loads though so hoping I'm toning. x

I like your way of thinking Foggy!

I've been good foodwise and managed to increase exercise this week too. Dog walking, gardening and the gym! Not weighing though as feel good and don't want to risk the dreaded scales upset me.

Forgot to add, I took my measurements as well and have lost 1/2 an inch from my waist, so it's a double whoop this week

The only exercise I have been doing it walking 10,000 min steps a day (I use a good quality pedometer from a challenge we were doing at work) and sit ups,
I used to do a set amount of sit ups, but have started doing them for a set time instead, it means I am doing more but it is paying off as the waist is getting smaller. [:D].

Well done for the loss. I'm not weighing in this week as we're away and it wouldn't be good!

I'm thinking of joining WW or SW when I'm back as I need the motivation of going to a meeting to be weighed. I've just got to decide which one!

SW seems to be the preferred one at my works, I don't go to either just doing it myself using the my fitness pal app, I don't like going out in the dark especially round here, not the safest place to live LOL

I've done both and lost most at SW so I'm leaning towards that at the moment. The meeting is at a good time for me -6pm on Tuesday and the leader is lovely. She lost 8st on SW so she should motivate me!

I continue to attend WW and it does keep me on track even if I don't lose it's the discipline of being weighed.

Mind I've just ate two yes two packs of crisps!

I wouldn't trust mine to buy me anything clothes wise without me being there - he hasn't a clue!!

I think that's lovely Julie.

Not sure if mine could buy me anything and if he did I would want to know where he got the money from! lol
