Wow fantastic achievement Skippy,well done!

Julie let us know how you get on with the tight clothes,
I sorted some of mine out but they make me look like I am a plastic sack of spuds tied at the middle, so a few more pounds before I wear some of them.[:I][:D]

I'm due weigh in tonight but think I'm going to skip it, not there next week as I'm back in Manchester at the Uni with daughter...so might have to restart when I come back!

Oh WHY is this dietig malarky so hard??

Daughter is so motivated, she's been running this week in training for Race For Life!

I agree Lesley it is so easy to put the weight on it should be just as easy to take it off.[:D][:D]

I am still using the fitness pal app and I am finding it brilliant at keeping me on the straight and narrow, I know if I am near my amount for the day and I will have a rye cracker instead of a slice of toast so I stay within my limit. You do have to be quite strict about entering everything though including when you have been naughty. I have had a couple of red numbered days (the amount of calories goes red if you go over your set limit).

Woooohoooo!
Managed to lose 1 lb so all the bread on Monday I managed to exercise away.
Problem is I am back there again this Monday to complete the Auditor training so more bread and crisps to test my willpower

Well done!! You'll be able to do the same next week and hopefully another pound will come off,

You're doing well Peejayel!! [:)]

I went to an "all you can eat" restaurant for grandaughters birthday surprise today. To be honest, I don't rate those places at all, great for children, but I'd rather pay for a nice meal. I managed to eat sensibly..I think!

One of the children had fat booth application on parents phone and my gosh, that is enough to keep the diet going [:0][:I]

Please don't let anything spoil your enjoyment of the day DK.

Have you got your outfit?

I'm supposed to be going to a work's do in 2 weeks time and dreading it - they only ever see me suited and booted, haven't a clue what to wear!

I've not been dressed up in absolute ages...Friday I smartened up to go to the meeting at my place of work and felt good, maybe I should do it more!
