Wow 5lb is great, well done. I actually put weight on with SW and WW[:I]. Keep going, Im hoping to lose 3 stone and maybe with the support we can do all do it.

I haven't eaten bread since Monday and even though I feel better fir it, I don't half miss it!

Let us know what the new DVD is like skippy. As you say, there are so many it's hard to pick the right one.

I'm acually find now that as soon as I have bread, it makes me want to go to sleep!!! I'm forever in danger of nodding off at work!!!

Think I might have to cut it out but really don't want to.

I lost 3lbs, really pleased and the icing on the cake.. Grandaughter asked where my big belly had gone! I don't think 3lb has made that much difference, but it made me smile.

Took Dobby for a 90 minute walk this morning, off to see the girlies swimming next, then go to the gym before collapsing on the sofa later and watching footie .

Well done Julie!

I lost a measly half pound this week so I'm not happy, especially as I don't expect to lose next weekend because of going out!

The one good thing about the dress is it fitted perfectly when I bought it so whatever I lose (and I will lose!) is going to be a bonus!

Thanks all.

Keep going Skippy, I didn't lose anything last week and had put in so much effort. Kept going though and hope 3lb is the start - i've set myself a target to lose 28lbs by my birthday in August.
