Another 1 lb lost a total of 12 now.

2 more lb and I will have lost my first stone, only 2 1/2 more stone to go after that.

Well done PJL. you're doing well keep it up.

I've come out of my membership from WW due to financial reasons, until I know what's what with my job, I'm trying to save every penny and hubby has another week of work so no pay for this week for him now either.

Lesley, I don't know if it'll help but you can change from monthly pass to esource which gives you full online access and is £15 for 3 months rather than £19.95 a month.

I've now changed from my evening group to morning and I was 3lb less when I weighed in this morning. I know not all of it is actual weight loss but the leader told me not to worry as it will all balance out. I'm not complaining as that means I've lost 7lb and have my first silver 7!

I've also been weighing in with Dave at home on a Saturday morning (in case I have to give up going to group for any reason) and I've actually lost 9lb since I started in January so I don't feel so bad about accepting the silver 7 sticker!

I don't use any clubs, just the myfitnesspal App, a lot of willpower and a pedometer to make sure I walk 10,000 steps a day.

I am finding the app really useful as it shows you calories in everything,I was amazed at how high some of the things you think are low, breakfast cereal cornflakes is over 300 calories for a 50g serving. I was shocked, I have a yoghurt now [:D].

I now have a wedding to go to in september & I will be seeing alot of friends Ive not seen for a while, So I really want to look fab! Need to start a diet/healthy eating soon I want to get into a dress with no lumps or bumps!
I estimate I need to lose between 2-3 stone which I think is acheivable between now & the end of September! x

I love the app Lyns, if you set it to lose 1 lb a week it works out how many calories you can eat to achieve it, you can get more calories to eat by exercising. It has a huge database of foods and exercises including all the wii fit exercises so you can log exercise and it give you the extra calories you gain.
I always do loads of walking and dancing on a Sat so I can have a small drink or three on sat evening. [:D][:o)]
It is working for me as I am steadily losing 1 lb a week even on stages of the month when I bloat up.[:I]

It sounds fab & achievable! I think I will give it a go, I need something to give me some guidance as I am useless on my own! Walking Leah in the pram now is acheiveable too & having the odd glass of wine on a saturday sounds fab too! thanks hun x[:)]

The app is fab and I use it every day - I walk every day and its great to see the exercise turn into calories.

I am going to weigh next week, I know I am losing inches, but after having 3 grandaughters all weekend I bet I've put a few pounds on!!!

Take your time Lyns and good luck everyone.

Don't blame you Lesley. I'd be the same.

Hope the app works for you Lesley.

Well done to everyone who managed to lose this week.

I've downloaded it, just need to go weigh myself. Will do it later and probably choose a Friday morning weigh in day. H is still going to go as she's only got 6lb to go to get to gold weight, she will have lost just over 2 stone and is looking good.
