Well done to H!!

Wow! Well done H, not that I thought she needed to lose any weight in the fist place.

When I weigh it's a Saturday morning as I need to keep the willpower going over the weekend.

Yes Julie I think Saturday would be good for me too, I'll give it a go. I'll weigh tomorrow morning then again every Saturday.

Thanks to both for the kind words about H, she's even more beautiful now than before if that's possible! She's been to boyfriends since last night and just come in and brought me and her Dad a toblerone each! Good job diet starts tomorrow. She has the willpower of iron as she's got nothing. She's in the kitchen rummaging in the kitchen cupboards to pilfer anything she can to take to uni! She's got some stackers and determined to fill them!

I weight every Sat morning first thing after brushing my teeth, (got to make sure the plaque doesn't make me heavier LOL).
I find it easier to add things as I eat them that way I don't forget anything.
I have found the best method for me is to overestimate the calories consumed and under estimate the calories gained from exercise. I also try to end each day with at least 200 calories to spare so it accounts for any discrepencies. You will soon get used to it although it is a little daunting at first it becones easier to make the healthier choices.

I have gone onto the message boards on the website as well but it is people who are trying to get to something stupid like a size 6 or smaller, but they have a very good recipe section with some really good low calories snacks and meals. Worth looking at for ideas.
The success section as well is very inspiring if you can get over the back slapping some of the pictures though everyone is telling the person they look great but they look too thin for me. Not an ounce of spare flesh on them, just muscle, not womanly or feminine at all.
I haven't registered on there just have a browse a lot.

I was reading about the model Nell McAndrew and how well she did in the London Marathon. While I'm never going to run a marathon I'd love to look as fit and healthy as her. I must use her as my motivation to go back to the gym!

Well done Peejayel[:)]

My terrible eating habits last weekend have caught upm with me - I faced the scales this morning and have put on 2lbs[:(]

Have walked for 90 minutes and trying to tackle the garden in the hope I will burn up some calories before I park myself in front of the TV for a weekend of footie.

Well done Peejayel.

I lost another 1lb so that's 8lb at Weightwatchers and 10lb altogether. Only another 1.5lb until I get my 5% sticker!
