Doesn't appeal to me at all. I make a mean chicken curry famously called 'wimps' and 'big boys' - depends on your taste. Has to be done over several days to get the spices just right.

The diet starts today......and I am going to do it the good old fashioned way......portion control and exercise ....gonna be hard but determined to manage it and control my diet myself this time with no intervention of the likes of WW or Sw etc......
