Didn't lose anything this week but I have had bread a few times and I know that is the thing that puts weight on me. The good news is I didn't gain anything either.
Been swimming this morning, first time in a long time, arms and legs are feeling a little jelly like now. Still looking at the app I did burn off over 500 calories so hopefully I will start to lose again.

Another 1lb off for me so 9lb in total at WW. I only need another 0.5lb to get my 5%.

I won't be able to go next week as I'm at a wedding but that could be a blessing as I've got 3 meals out next week! At least with WW I can have everything in moderation!

your'll soon get rid of that last 0.5 lb.

Enjoy your meals out, worry about the diet afterwards.

If I do that Peejayel the weight will be straight back on again! I've worked out sensible choices for both the evening meals and pointed them already and I'll check out the menu for lunch before I go.

You can do it lem! 4-5lb is definitely doable before you go x

That's what I'm worried about, especially as we're also going to a wedding next Saturday! If I can stay the same when I weigh in the following week I'll be happy!

Good luck to all. Hubby started last week and he's had a good loss. His willpower is far superiour to mine though! He cuts out carbs and loses weight. I like carbs!

I'm back on the wagon on Monday. We can ALL do this. x

I really need to up the exercise - seems like it's easier to make excuses at the moment.

I seem to be stuck at the moment, not losing inches or weight.

My grandaughters want me to take them swimming, the thought of me in a swimming suit [:0]

Get in that water Julie, once you're in nobody can see you (well only head and maybe shoulders). Your granddaughters think you're beautiful as done mine and if they're like my little one she can make me feel so good about myself. I forget what I look like till I see a mirror. x

Lesley - I started today - chicken, salad and fruit for tea......no alcohol either .....swimming straight after work tomorrow and then gym on the treadmill for a 2 mile walk on Tuesday before another swim.
Won't be able to do any for the rest of the week as got my next epidural on Wednesday and got to rest for a few days !
