Well done Julie!

I weighed in this morning and lost another 2.5lb. That's 11.5lb at WW and a stone since the start of the year. I also got my 5% sticker so a good morning!

Lost another 1 lb this week. Had to sort out lots of my old clothes that I can now get into. I Like going shopping in my loft, doesn't cost money and I get a whole new wardrobe

Well done PJL. I'm sat here eating chocolate as per normal after having a cooked tea. I'm useless!

well done everyone on the weight loss. I've not posted for a while but have been dieting too and have lost two pounds short of three stone with SW since the New Year. Hard on an IVA though - I'm in a size 12 now for the first time since I was pregnant and my son's sitting his GCSE's this year!! It's hard to explain why I'm not buying a whle new wardrobe - and hard to find clothes that are cheap!! I'll be shopping on ebay in a short while I think!

Well done relieved33 - you must be feeling great! Ebay is great, but there are also sales galore all year around now - peacocks have 20% off at the moment and some of their clothes are really nice. I used be a label queen and still like my designers but most of my wardrobe now is TU at Sainsburys /peacocks or the Littlewoods clearance shop [:)]

I'm really focused at the moment and striving to be a comfortable size 14 (or tight size 12 [:D]) by August!

Thanks all! Managed to pick up some bits at the M&S outlet locally at very reasonable prices - 5 pairs of pants for 4 pounds, some navy crop trousers for five and some white linen ones for six. They look good on and feel like better quality than other places where they cost more. Most of my clothes are TU - usually when there's an extra 25% off sale prices!

To everyone doing SW - I've just tried the equator alcohol free, fat free, sugar free and syn free beer - on offer at Tesco at the moment for 1.99 for 4 bottles - not cheap but really nice as a treat in the hot weather if you feel like a lager!

err wheres the pleasure in that [:D][:D]

If I am going to have a drink I exercise more to counteract it so I can have it and get that smug feeling that it isn't going straight to my waist.

My exercise of choice is swimming, burns so many calories which means I can have an extra rum and coke as a reward. [:D]
