Well, 5 months on and I've now lost approx 23 kilos (approx 50 lbs) and I'm now just a smidge under 8 inches smaller around the waist! I've had to buy some new jeans eventually because my old ones were unwearable even with my belt tightened. I still want to lose another 2 stones so probably another 3-4 months to go @ approx 2lbs per week ish.

I'll have to re-think my diet then so as not to lose anymore but also to avoid putting it back on too. Unless I can resign myself to a series of 'micro' diets every other month possibly?

I start my new meds tomorrow after a long delay, so hoping it will help with weightloss.

I weighed today and am 1st 6lb lighter than I was in January - still have a lot to lose!
