I lost 1 lb this week, need to lose altogether about 3 stone, but each pound is a step towards it.

Well done Pandy - I need to lose 3 and half stone in total. Hope by breaking it into targets, it won't sound so daunting. You can do it!

Only a stone since then, 2 chinese meals a day for 2 weeks didn't help!! Will have to take a leaf out of Julie, Skippy and Pandy's book as have the holiday brochures out and definitely have no holiday clothes to fit[:)]

I need to lose 4 stone! I'm aiming at a 1lb a week to be realistic. Always in the past I've wanted quick fixes but am trying to think different this time! Fingers crossed!!
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
