I've been good just lately and find myself the lightest I've been in a long time. I no longer go to WW but when I joined there I was at my heaviest and from that weight I'm a stone and a half lighter so I'm doing something right. x

I've got my dress fitting tomorrow (I can't believe how quickly that's come around!) and I want to at least get my WW 10% keyring before the wedding - another 5.5lb to go!

When I first joined WW with my friend we were both overweight. I have now left WW and lost 17.5 lb. she has been going to weigh watchers without fail every week and lost 50.5 lb. She received a lovely certificate this week which she dedicated to me as I encouraged her to join then let her down by leaving!

Had I lost 50.5 lb I would be at gold...hindsight!
