Oh dear Lesley, sorry to hear you're not feeling too good..you should try and eat or drink something though!

I only did the egg diet as a starter really to get me going and motivated. You cant do it for longer than a week at a time anyway so I am now eating healthily, counting calories but not denying myself anything! Even managed a bite of aero last night as a treat after a week of eggs [;)]

I've toyed with slimming world but they'll only tell me to do what I plan on doing myself and I save myself £5 a week this way too! [:)]
When you make a mistake, don't look back at it long...the past cannot be changed. It is the present and future that counts

That's why my hubby does with GM Diet he uses it as a starter and a boost and then he can continue with healthy eating. We both lost 5lb each on a recent holiday with healthy eating.

Well I was ill! Finally felt human again this morning...not a good day. Hubby went out to chemist and came back £6.89 lighter eeek! But they appear to have worked so that's the main thing.

Well I've now lost 75 lbs in total over the last 7 months. I think I'm going to give it another month or two and then start eating more but still healthily. I've had to buy some more jeans as well so hopefully they'll still fit when I'm done. Fed up of having to buy new ones!

Vimto are you using the Myfitness pal app its the one I use, (I love free apps LOL)

I am hoping to get back on track this week, anyone else watching the Hairy Dieters programme, I tried their healthy breakfast last weekend, (bacon, egg, balsamic tomatoes on watercress) it was lovely, I intend to buy the recipe book at the end of the month.

Well done Peejayel.

I lost 1.5lb this week so that's 15.5lb off in total. Still a long way to go though!

Hi all ... just found this forum today. 4 years into my iva, I really wish I'd found you all sooner. I'm a dieter too, been struggling with that on my own for the last 4 years too. Happy to say that this year I've lost 21.5lbs. hope to make some friends on here and offer and receive support with both money and food ...

I think we should all share our low calorie recipies and ideas etc.

My nugget to share is,
Asda are selling falafels that are only £1 for 8 made by couldron, only 66 calories each one. I have been having 3 each eve for my tea, with 2 dessert spoons of Aldi reduced fat coleslaw and 2 Ryvita crispbreads total calorie count only 286 calories, and it is really filling not snacked afterwards at all.

I love OH's cottage pie - extra lean minced beef, mushrooms, onions, mixed veg and Worcester sauce topped with carrot and swede mash. On WW it's only 4 points if you use the extra lean mince and 6 points if you use lean.

Gonna try the cottage pie, that sounds nice. I'm going slimming world with my mum. If i do this with extra lean it's completely free ... today is my weigh-in day too, hoping for a good result
