I'm static with weight loss too at the minute I want another 7lb off t get to my planned target for October so that's not going to happen but I'll just extend the target rather than going off track as I usually would as I'm still a stone and a half lighter than when I started. x

Another 2lbs gone since I last posted, I am now 10 1/2 stone lightest I have been for 3 years. Only 2 more stone to lose and I will be where I want to be.

PJL that is fantastic, I'm afraid I'm off the wagon again ...what's new.

Hopefully get my head back together as soon as. x

Wow that's brilliant PJL, well done!!!

Come on Lesley, get back on the wagon!

I haven't weighed for a few weeks but know I've lost inches. On Monday we are starting a slimming club in work, £2 a week to weigh and the money goes to Kidney Research UK. Hoepfully, we'll all spur each other on and the cakes will stop!

I think so Lesley - a few colleagues are skydiving for the charity, I'm not brave enough for that! I may climb Ben Nevis next year if we can arrnage it around work. In the meantime I'll weigh every week and hope for the best [:)]

That's good Julie - hopefully you can raise some money - I couldn't do the sky diving though!!

My son in law did a skydive for Marie Curie and he said it was a fantastic feeling - I'll take his word for it!!

Apart from paying our weekly weigh in fee, we have to pay £1 for every pound we gain. We'll either be super slim or kidney research will gain!

Really good cause, I am sure you will all raise loads, as you lose pounds they will gain pounds.

Sounds like an excellent plan Julie. No skydiving for me though, if my knees allowed I would climb though

In addition to the slimming club and sky diving, we have set up a running club. We pay £1 a week (goes to kidney research) - first session this Tuesday!

Now I can walk at a very brisk pace, but useless at running. I'm a tad competitive so will give this running club my best shot!

Hopefully, I'll be fit enough to post an update on Wednesday[:I]

Good luck with running Julie, my knees are shot so won't allow it. Daughter loves running and recently joined a group and goes twice a week and building up to complete the Manchester 10k for charity next year hopefully x

Good luck with the running Julie.

I put on 3lb after the wedding but lost 2lb of it yesterday. I'm not expecting great things next weekas I've got a few things going on before weigh in!
