Hi I've said to myself I've got to stop comfort eating I think it's stress of having debt round neck but sent paperwork of Wednesday and will start diet Monday lol
My trouble is I love food and love cooking and baking so if make stuff for my grown up kids I end up either licking bowl out reminds me of being a kid when give you bowl after made a cake #128515;#128515;#128515;
And always full fat milk cream butter in recipes ( and I know low fat things can be put in ) but it always tastes better with full fat

So Monday is fresh start and try to get life back on track

think il need luck ive got to make 2 dozen muffins and a cheesecake this weekend for my 3 lads so will be some bowl licking lol

I've been in Manchester all week - hotel food and eating out = NOT GOOD!

Hoping to walk the dog a lot over the weekend for damage limitation at Monday's weigh-in!

I've been ill all week so I've been eating what I fancy which hasn't been WW friendly! I don't think I'll be going to weigh tomorrow so I'm going to have yet another fresh start when I feel better.

Dieting is so hard,I wake up this morning to the smell of bacon which I should be pleased about and I secretly am but eating so early is like a licence for me to eat every minute of the day!

Well 1lb weight loss...not the start i had hoped for seeing as i have been so careful all week...but at least it is a loss!

I haven't lost anything for a few weeks now, I seem to be playing around with the same 2lb, one week it goes the next it's back again, think I am going to have to up the exercise.
Thinking of getting a wii fit after Christmas, what do people think of them are they good, do they help...

I do believe the wii fit can be helpful if you use it regularly. I do have a wii had one since they first came out and later added the fit board etc, but sadly most of the time unless granddaughter is her it sits gathering dust. However, hubby and I did have a game last Sunday but not wii fit x
