Bad day for me on the diet, went into work for a staff meeting prior to starting back on Monday and ate lots of naughty things!

You and me both Lesley! To be honest I've had a bad week and I don't expect to lose this week. As Dave said to me we're all entitled to a blip now and then, the main thing is we get back to it.

I've had one good day this week which is so bad, just sent hubby to the shop to get me some sweets and crisps as I may as well finish the day off in style. Tomorrow is another day, Dave is right

Hi Lesley and Skippy,
Have you tried planning your points to allow a treat at the end of the day?
I save mine and at 9pm sharp have a mug of options Chocolate and 2 WW Toffee Bars, this satisfies the sweet tooth, only trouble is I start clock watching at 8pm!!

I hope so Lesley! Have to say that you looked ok when you were here, but it's what you are happy with.

Nepensioner-as long as you only eat your WW points when you plan to eat them it doesn't matter if you clock watch.

Nepensioner, I'm terrible for clock watching! I get light headed if don't eat regularly so most of my points are used during the day. I usually have a mug of hot chocolate in the evening though.

Hi
Just to let you know our IVA has been approved today, with a modification and now we are in it for the longhaul, trying to live how other people do - without the cushion of credit! A scary thought but one which you have all proved is possible. Thanks for the help I have received from reading this forum, even though I rarely post x
