Hi
I have just finished an IVA an agreement. Do I have to disclose this to a company who are inviting me to become a shareholder director?
Does it bring any legal problems for the company

Hey sean, welcome to the forum. I don't think it would be a problem, only that your credit rating would still be rubbish until 6 years from the start of your IVA. I'm not a techncial expert though so please wait for Melanie to advise you. Good luck and well done for completing your IVA. X

Not unless you are asked to Sean. If the IVA is completed, then it is completed, and in any case even if it had not it would not have stopped you accepting these appointments.
