Nature of dispute:

Increased monthly payments without notice or consultation
Dates of relevance:

Jan 10 when review done without knowledge and when not due

Have you tried to speak to anyone at Grant Thornton about this issue before posting a dispute on a public website?

I have tried to talk to somebody and have been told that somebody will get back to me this was 4 days ago

Dates of relevance:

This was done 3 months ago and I have still not been contacted
