Dispute regarding the firm called:
Tenon Debt Solutions
Background:
I was informed I was to be made redundant in November 2008 and contacted Tenon immediately to inform them of my situation. A variation was proposed for a 6 month payment break which never went ahead to my creditors as in May 09 I put forward a full and final settlement offer. During the 6 month time of my unemployment, I paid token contributions of £1 per month to Tenon as I had no income other than Job Seekers Allowance. I managed to find employment in June 09 and I contacted Tenon again to inform them and completed a new income and expenditure form. My disposable income has dropped dramatically due to a huge salary decrease but I agreed to pay across surplus (if any) until a decision was reached with my full and final offer.
Nature of dispute:
It is now 7th August and I haven't received so much as a variation agreement to reflect the offer and my circumstances. I have contacted Tenon on numerous occasions by phone, fax and email and I am told that my case is being dealt with. I am still continuing to pay token contributions of £1 per month until I hear otherwise and stated that I would do this in my Full and Final Offer letter (dated 12th May 09). I can't understand why it has taken them 3 months and yet I haven't received nor heard anything from them.
