I'm really sorry to read that and I'm sure Melanie will be too. We'll keep this bumped up for one of the professionals to comment on. x

I did get a response and they said they were dealing with it at the time, but glad that they did finally make contact with you today.

Hi all,

What a wonderful person you are Melanie, the manager that you said would call me has (not sure if I'm allowed to name her). After a phone call it seems that my initial agreement wasn't forwarded to GT by Debtmatters and my expenses have been agreed. I do not need to increase my payment this year and the arrears are now no longer a problem. I have also received an apology from GT for the delay in dealing with this issue.

In a much happier place, thanks for all your help.

It was my pleasure to be of assistance, and I am so glad that the lady I referred the matter to was able to help. I was sure that she would, as she is a first class manager.
