Hi,

You need to give Payplan a ring so they can explain everything to you and you can put your side of the story forward.

Do you have bank statements as proof that you have paid?

PayPlan work in weird and wonderful ways, but give them a ring as their customer service is excellent.

M-te - you should have a supervisor who you can speak to.

Unfortunately, they won't be there now until Monday.
