Dispute regarding the firm called: W3 Debt Solutions

Background:iva has been in place for about 2 years. was made redundant in may this year and lost my 15000 P.A I was on. asked W3 to look at the payments again filing in a income and outgoing form to see if my payments can be reduced after paying everything out I do not have enough to pay the £387 per month but they have said that it will stay the same we get no help with rent or council tax due to my wife being on IB due to her being medically disabled

Nature of dispute:I do not think they have looked at this properly as I cannot afford the payments

Sounds to me as though you need to speak directly to your IP about having your payments reduced.

If you have no joy there, and you have no assets such as a house then you could consider bankruptcy if you cannot manage the payments.
