this will be the first time that my creditors are supposed to get a divident from the iva company. I am worried because my contract states the first divident to be paid in September 2008 and in trying to obtain my annual review forms dfd have told me they have not got my file but they will get it they only have my electronic file so they cant send my review papers yet. My original iva was approved on 26 September and was with cleaRSTART. My main worry is that if they cant send me my review form how do I know if they have sent the first dividenD like they are supposed to and should I receive info on this or not I really dont know - if they mess it up and dont pay the dividend in time will it reflect badly on me?

I suffer from stress and depression in a big way on and off and I am thinking about this in my sleep ALTHOUGH i KNOW i HAVE PAID EVERYHING i SHOULD OVER AND MORE

any advice appreciated

It is not for you to worry about whether your IP is paying creditors or not, but it is commendable on your part that you are taking an active interest in this. If your IP does not pay the dividend on time, it will definately not reflect badly on you, just make sure that you keep making your payments and let the IP deal with creditors.

They have two months in which to file their report after your anniversary, so I am sure that they will be with you soon. No harm in calling to check though!

I have emailed the supervisory department of DFD on Tuesday asking about my annual review as one year was up in mid September. I received an email response from the review team today stating that the I&E review that we completed in June this year following my husbands payrise in May has been classed as our annual review and therefore no further review due until next year ! Great my payments remain the same !

I was worried about the new company DFD but have to say they have been very good with me indeed so far so dont worry about everything you read each case is different just concentrate on your own IVA
